How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered on same day or within 24 hours max from order confirmation, depending on your location.


Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of frozen food products, returns and exchanges are not accepted after delivery.
We kindly ask you to inspect your order with the courier at the time of delivery.


What if my order arrives damaged or not frozen?

In the rare case that a product arrives damaged, expired, or not frozen, please report it immediately while the courier is present. Our team will assist you right away.
