Exchange and Return Policy

At RANCH, food safety and product quality are our top priorities. Due to the nature of frozen and perishable food products, we do not offer exchanges or returns once an order has been delivered.

Please Check Your Order Upon Delivery

We kindly ask customers to inspect their order at the time of delivery while the courier is present. Once the order is accepted, it is considered delivered in good condition.

Exceptions (Very Rare Cases)

An exchange or refund will only be considered at the time of delivery if one of the following occurs:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is expired

  • The product arrives not frozen

  • The packaging is tampered with or unsafe

These cases are extremely rare, as we follow strict quality control and packaging standards.

Important Conditions

  • Any issue must be reported immediately upon delivery and before handing over the order to the courier

  • Claims made after delivery acceptance cannot be processed

  • Proof may be required (photos or confirmation from the courier)
